Bruno Fernandes loses faith in Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer as double 'discontent' grows

Bruno Fernandes has reportedly lost faith in Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, the man that signed him at Manchester United, and is in a state of 'discontent' with the club.

The Portuguese maverick has been one of the best players in the Premier League since he was recruited in a near £70m deal from Sporting in January.

But he's had a slower start to this season and was substituted at half time in the Red Devils' catastrophic 6-1 home defeat to Spurs on October 4.

And according to The Transfer Window podcast, Fernandes was critical of his manager's tactics for the game at half time in scenes that contributed to his replacement by Fred for the second half.

According to transfer guru Duncan Castles, Fernandes doesn't think Solskjaer is strong enough to manage the team and lacks the coaching capabilities to push the players to major trophies.

The 26-year-old is also agitated at the club over feelings expectations have not been met in the summer window.

The midfielder was led to believe United would improve the squad to a level where they can compete as a top club in the Champions League and in the English top flight.
