Sir Bruce Forsyth will return for the Children in Need and Christmas editions of Strictly Come Dancing.
Last year Forsyth announced he was standing down as presenter of Strictly after a decade, handing over duties for the 12th series to Claudia Winkleman and his former co-host, Tess Daly. However he appeared three times during the season, recording a farewell for the first episode and joining the charity and Christmas Day specials.
The BBC said Strictly would also be returning to the Blackpool Tower Ballroom halfway through the run.
TV presenter Kirsty Gallacher and former athlete Iwan Thomas were revealed on Thursday as the last of the 15 contestants set to compete on the 13th season, which premieres on Saturday.
Other celebrities signed up include presenter Jeremy Vine, TV chef Ainsley Harriott and pop stars Peter Andre and Jamelia.
Vine, the first celebrity contestant to be announced, has said he was entering to show his daughters “that life is about taking chances”.
He said: “My wife will be nervous watching me on Strictly, my eldest daughter is ready to be extremely embarrassed by her dad, but my younger daughter is very excited and will be screaming at the TV.”
The BBC has announced three new professional dancers. Russian Gleb Savchenko, who has previously appeared on the US version of Strictly called Dancing with the Stars, Italian Giovanni Pernice and South African Oti Mabuse will join the 12 other dancers from the last series.
