Now that the Washington Redskins have started training camp, it was only natural for the topic of Josh Norman’s recent trip to Spain to come up yet again.
Norman and others have had plenty to say about his participation in the running with the bulls spectacle, where he took a bull head on and jumped over it.
But now the front office has joined the fray on the topic, per JP Finlay of NBC Sports Washington: “Asked about Josh Norman running with the bulls, Bruce Allen explains he didn’t really like Dancing with the Stars but – ‘I’d rather have you dance with the women than dance with the bulls.'”
This one is more interesting than most on the topic. Norman is, after all, under contract and those sorts of agreements have sections pertaining to player risk away from the field.
Since everything went well, Redskins brass clearly don’t have much to say on the topic. Thankfully, that means the most notable quote otherwise coming out of Norman’s trip is Jay Gruden’s sick burn.
