Browns select Missouri DT Jordan Elliott in the third round

Jordan Elliott is the newest member of the Cleveland Browns. The defensive tackle from Missouri is the 88th overall selection in the 2020 NFL Draft.

The Browns tabbed Elliott with the pick acquired in a trade back with the New Orleans Saints earlier in the third round. The Browns also picked up a third-round pick in 2021 in the deal.

Elliott is 6-4 and 302 pounds. He earned second-team All-America honors as a junior in 2019 with 44 total tackles, 10 TFLs and three sacks. A Houston native, he started his college career at Texas.
