The developers of the Madden NFL 20 video game revealed the player ratings for all the 2019 rookies on Monday. Here’s a look at how Greedy Williams, Sione Takitaki and the rest of the Browns draftees fared in the initial ratings.
Williams rates at 73 overall, which is pretty lofty for a second-round pick. In fact, Williams has the second-highest rating of any rookie CB, trailing only Byron Murphy of the Cardinals. The Browns made Williams the seventh cornerback taken in April’s draft, so he’s definitely outscoring his draft slot already in the world of virtual football.
Takitaki checks in with a 70 overall rating. That mark also places him second amongst rookies at his designated position of LOLB. His speed rating of 85 and acceleration set to 89 are impressive.

The game will be released on consoles later this summer. For non-gamers, the player ratings are a good measuring stick of how the analytical metrics feel about the players before they’ve taken to the NFL field.
