Browns inactives include the entire starting secondary, starting and backup RT

Some weeks the Browns have to have healthy scratches to whittle the gameday roster from 53 down to 46. That was the case in Week 1, where every player was physically capable of competing.

That is most certainly not the case in Week 3. Coach Freddie Kitchens had to write down several important names on the inactive list for the Sunday night game against the visiting Los Angeles Rams.

The entire starting secondary is out. So is starting right tackle Chris Hubbard and his backup, Kendall Lamm. The seventh is wideout Rashard Higgins, normally the No. 3 WR and a key target for Baker Mayfield.
