Browns fans brought energy, adrenaline to Orange and Brown game

The Browns smartly brought back the annual Orange and Brown scrimmage to FirstEnergy Stadium on Saturday. Nearly 40,000 fans poured into the home of the Browns to watch the glorified practice.

It was a lively crowd, with many in attendance getting their first taste of the 2019 edition of the team. The hype is real, and the Browns themselves are ready to feed off the energy and enthusiasm of the loud fans.

Coach Freddie Kitchens appreciated the turnout.

“I understand the passion that these fans have, and they demonstrated every opportunity they have to do that. This is no different,” Kitchens said after the game. “This is an opportunity for them to come out, show their support and show their excitement. Yeah, there was adrenaline.”

It also served as a fundraiser for the new “Get 2 School” campaign from the Cleveland Browns Foundation, with all proceeds from the $5 tickets going to the good cause.
