Browns could have interest in Eagles VP of football operations after parting ways with GM John Dorsey

The Cleveland Browns made another huge move on Tuesday, firing general manager John Dorsey, one day after parting ways with the head coach, Freddie Kitchens.

The Browns could move quickly to replace Dorsey and one name that comes to mind is Andrew Berry, the Eagles VP of football operations.

Berry was hired by Howie Roseman last February after serving as the Cleveland Browns’ vice president of player personnel. With his specialty being analytics and still only 31 years old, Berry is viewed by many as an up-and-coming talent in the NFL.

Mary Kay Cabot of Cleveland.com is reporting that Berry will be the Haslam’s first choice, stating that the ownership group has a special relationship with the former Cleveland executive and would love to pair him with the Browns Chiefs Strategy Officer Paul DePodesta, who oversees the analytics side of things.
