Browns and Seahawks series history

The Browns are off to a 2-3 in 2019. Normally, Browns fans would be satisfied or at least content with a 2-3 start knowing the next two games are Seattle Seahawks and New England Patriots. If the Browns didn’t have as high of expectations as they do this year. 2-3 is a disappointing start for a team that is ultra-talented. It comes from a struggling starting quarterback, a struggling head coach, a struggling offense. Those are three main reasons holding the Browns back from their true potential.

Yet, a win over the 4-1 Seattle Seahawks and you are all sudden feeling better about where this Browns team is at.

The history between the Browns and Seahawks

The Seahawks are 12-6 against the Browns all-time. Since the Browns returned in 1999, the Seahawks are 3-2 against the Browns. Though since 2007, the Browns have won two out of the last three games against Seahawks. Since 2003, the Browns and Seahawks have faced off every four years. That trend continues this week with the last time these two teams met was in 2015. Between the two teams, they combined for 9 championships and 866 wins.

Kickoff is at 1 p.m. on FOX. The Seahawks are -1.0 favorite on the road.

Late edit: the Browns are now favored by 1 after the Seahawks injury report reflects OL issues
