The brother of a young Dublin teen who was found dead on a northside road has claimed that "somebody knows the truth".
Forever young Christopher 'Snowy' Flood was found face down near the eight storey flats on Sillogue Road, Ballymun in 2002.
His family believe that Snowy was killed and have launched an appeal to the public and anyone who might have information on his untimely death to come forward.
His younger brother Daryll believes that somebody in Ballymun knows the truth because "nothing happens on them blocks without people knowing".
He posted two pictures of Snowy who was just two months off turning 18 when he was "robbed of his life" 18 years ago.
He said: "Someone knows what happened to him.
"Everyone knows that nothing happens on them blocks without people knowing.
"Snowy was gone way too young. Time goes by so fast. He was always happy, buzzing around with everyone.
"I was only nine when he died and even I knew there was something not right about the whole thing, but justice will come."
Snowy had bruises across his knuckles and bruising on his right eye when he was found lifeless on the road.
But the coroner's report ruled that there was no broken bone in Christopher's body.
A jury returned with an open verdict in the inquest and third party involvement was not ruled out meaning the Flood family are still searching frantically for answers all these years later.
