Bross Bagels are shouting out to local chefs to collaborate together with them during new lockdown restrictions for Edinburgh restaurants.
This weekend the cult favourite bagel chain are working with top chef and Great British Menu contestant Roberta Hall from The Little Chartroom at their Waverley Mall branch.
Bross Bagels and Little Chartroom fans will get to experience a one off collab with Roberta's specially designed bagel featuring: braised beef cheek, beef sauce, caramalised onion mayo, cornichons, kohl rabi and sweetheart cabbage slaw, crispy onion rings and cheddar cheese, all completely filled and served on a sesame seed Bross Bagel.

Roberta will be serving her up decadent creation for just £7 each this Sunday.
