Bross Bagels opens its doors for first time in Edinburgh's Stockbridge with soft launch

The legendary Bross Bagels have opened the doors to their store in Stockbridge for the first time today.

Bross is universally acknowledged as the place to go for monster-sized, delicious bagels in Edinburgh, with branches in Portobello, Leith, West End and Bruntsfield.

And now they can add Stockbridge to their portfolio of city bagel joints. Larah Bross first teased the exciting new opening in 72 St Stephen Street next to Golden Hare Books back in December.

Posting a photo on Instagram, 'Mama Bross' said: "Finishing touches by: @thomas_paints in Stockbridge where we are SOFT LAUNCHING tomorrow at 10am!!! Bring on the MF BAGELS!"

Foodies across the city can't get enough of Bross' authentic Montreal-style bagels and the masterminds are known for their mouth-watering creations.

You can get a  vegan steak sandwich with melted gouda and "Chocolate Cheesecake Schmear" that was stuffed full of chocolate cream cheese.

During the Christmas season they have a special festive bagel with Turkey bacon bits, Brie, cranberry relish, sage and onion latke.
