Bross Bagels launches fifth Edinburgh outlet in shipping container

Edinburgh snack chain Bross Bagels has added a fifth outlet to its growing empire.

Bross StrEAT is based in a converted shipping container in the courtyard area of Leith Arches, which has outdoor seating.

It follows the reopening after lockdown of the firm's Bruntsfield, Portobello, Stockbridge and West End shops and the launch of delivery service Bross Deli.

Brossstreat's menu will consist of six bagels and two weekly specials, one of which will be vegan or vegetarian, serving from 10am-4pm daily.

Owner Larah Bross, who founded the chain in 2017 after struggling to find bagels she liked as much as the ones in her native Montreal, said: “We as a team are always looking for new ways to grow and adapt as a business especially during these times.

"The concept of Brossstreat is to focus on everything with a street food vibe throughout. This has always been a love of mine, so I’m really excited to see how this brand new chapter for Bross Bagels evolves and what the future holds for us.”
