Bross Bagels has launched a crowdfunder to open a bakery in Portobello in Edinburgh.
The legendary bagel chain now has shops in nearly every corner of the city, including Leith, Waverley and Morningside.
But the next big opening is going to be something a little different, with the very first Bross Bakery.
Heading back to its roots in Portobello, the bakery will located across the road from Bross' flagship store in a former bank.
The bakery would sell to customers and also allow the chain to develop their wholesale and online trade.
And now the chain say they are giving fans an opportunity to be part of the new business venture - here's how:
The chain have two options: a "Bross Poss" and "Share Holer". The first costs £100, while it is £1000 to become a share holer.

Depending on which level you buy into, you will receive exclusive benefits.
For share holers, this includes £100 bagel vouchers every year for up to four years, exclusive invites, guided bakery tours and your name on their Share Holers Wall of fame.
And, Bross Bagels promise to give you a full refund in four years.
