Legendary Bross Bagels will be serving up the mother of all vegan bagels from tomorrow until Sunday - and it also comes with a delicious beer.
The bagel shop have teamed up with Brooklyn Brewery to create a one off Brooklyn-style vegan steak bagel, made with flash fried vegan strip steak, fried onions, melted gouda, jalapenos, marinara sauce.
This plant-based creation will available until this Sunday (July 28) but in their Leith Bross Bagels shop only - we would say it's worth the trip.
The best part is that you can wash your delicious bagel down with Brooklyn Brewery’s alcohol-free vegan beer – all for just £7.
Established in August 2017, Bross Bagels now has three shops in total - in Portobello, Leith and the West End of Edinburgh.
It is safe to say that Edinburgh foodies are addicted to the authentic Montreal style bagels and just can't get enough.
So it's great news that Bross Bagels are this year’s main food partner with the Gilded Balloon at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe and will be popping-up at the top of south college street.
