Jennifer Ellison has shared a picture on her social media to tell fans she's in hospital.
The Brookside legend took to Instagram to share a picture of a cannula in her hand with her 88.5k followers, reports The Mirror.
The 38-year-old captioned the image: "Back again." with a crying emoji.
Fans rushed to send messages of well wishes to Jennifer, who is best known for playing Emily Shadwick in Brookside.
Many concerned fans posted "Get well soon" and wished the former glamour model "a speedy recovery".
Others sent their "love", whilst some fans asked what had happened and if she was ok.
The mum-of-three recently took part in Channel 4's SAS: Who Dares Wins reality show.
Reportedly the other stars in the line up include AJ and Curtis Pritchard, Maisie Smith and Olympians Jade Jones, Fatima Whitbread and Dwain Chambers.
