Brooks Nader signed NDA after Billy Haire divorce

Brooks Nader stars on the new reality show

Brooks Nader isn't allowed to discuss her divorce on Love Thy Nader.

The 28-year-old model was married to Billy Haire from 2019 until 2024, but the former couple signed non-disclosure agreements as part of their divorce settlement, meaning Brooks cannot discuss the reasons for their break-up on her new reality TV show.

During an appearance on the The Viall Files podcast, Brooks shared: "I would say it’s a part of my life and a part of my story. It’s a part of who I am and what shaped me."

Brooks subsequently explained that while she can discuss aspects of her relationship, she can't share all of the details that lead to her break-up.

She said: "I can [talk] about my experiences. That’s in the fine print. We both did [sign one]. It was a mutually exclusive [NDA]."

Brooks conceded that her personality has been "shaped" by her marriage. The model also confessed that it was "really, really hard" to move on from the relationship.

She shared: "I think that I was a different person when I was married to him. [He] was the first guy I ever dated and met in New York. I was 19 years old … and then I stayed with him till 27, and I’m 28 now.

"I feel like it did shape me, and it was a really, really hard decision to get a divorce just because you don’t love somebody. That’s why I did it."

Meanwhile, Brooks recently revealed that she can't wait to share her life with TV viewers.

The model - who competed on Dancing with the Stars in 2024 - also acknowledged that her reality TV show will be full of "chaos" and "drama".

Speaking to Us Weekly, Brooks joked: "There’s four of us. I can’t even count on one hand how many of them there are.

"You can expect everything to be laid out there. There’s chaos, there’s drama, there’s boys [and] there’s girls. There’s everything you can imagine under the sun. Just four girls from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, living in the big city in SoHo — all under the same roof. What can go wrong? It’s bound to be chaos."
