Brooklyn Beckham has reportedly splashed a lot of cash as he prepred to pop the question to girlfriend Nicola Peltz.
The 21-year-old announced the news of his engagement to his "soul mate" over the weekend.
The couple have been dating for nine months after meeting three years ago at Coachella festival.
But photographer Brooklyn couldn't wait to propose to actress Nicola, 25, and didn't do so without a huge sparkler which was clearly visible in the announcement photo.
And it is believed the ring could have set him back a cool £350k.
Gemologist Alexandra Michell from Prestige Pawnbrokers Deansgate of Channel 4's Posh Pawntold the MailOnline : "The central stone is approximately 5cts and appears colourless, and with a classic emerald cut, it is usually a good indication that the diamond is very clean with minimal imperfections.
"The emerald cut solitaire style is a timeless classic and has been worn by many celebs over the years from Grace Kelly and Elizabeth Taylor to Jennifer Lopez, Angelina Jolie and Beyoncé.
"I believe the retail price for this engagement ring could be in excess of £350,000."
Obviously we know Brooklyn is the eldest son of football legend David and former Spice Girl turned fashion designer Victoria but more details are beginning to emerge on the future in-laws.
Nicola, who has starred in the Transformers film series, is the daughter of American billionaire Nelson Peltz and former model Claudia Heffner Peltz.
The family live in a 27-bedroom mansion in a wealthy town on the outskirts of New York called Bedford where many A-listers also call home.
So it may come as no surprise that the couple are planning on holding two ceremonies - on in the UK and one in Florida - with Nicola's father Nelson 'planning on spending £4million' on throwing the perfect wedding for his daughter and future son-in-law.
