Brooklyn Beckham is set to take part in an unlikely sporting tournament full of celebrities.
The 26-year-old - who is thought to be feuding with parents David and Victoria Beckham - surprised fans recently with his apparent plans to open a burger restaurant in the US.
The budding chef has now taken another unexpected turn in his career by signing up to an All-Star Celebrity Match for the Ryder Cup later this month.
He will feature in the golf tournament alongside eight other celebrities as part of the European team, who will compete against the American team.
Beckham will play alongside Catherine Zeta-Jones, Harry Potter stars Tom Felton and Oliver Phelps, basketball duo Pau Gasol and Toni Kukoc, chef José Andrés, and ice hockey star Teemu Selänne.
The American team will be made up of singers Kane Brown, Noah Kahan and Miranda Lambert, chef Bobby Flay, Super Bowl winners Eli Manning and Michael Strahan, tennis icon John McEnroe, and Saturday Night Live regular Colin Jost.

The two sides will play a ten-hole scramble in the match, which takes place on Wednesday, September 24. Highlights can be seen on the Ryder Cup website and app.
Beckham previously earned praise for his golf skills from Ryder Cup legend Ian Poulter after sharing a video of his swing on Instagram in 2022.
The news comes after it was reported that Beckham has turned to his wife Nicola Peltz and her billionaire father Nelson to help launch a burger joint.
He unveiled branding for Beck’s Buns last month, a move that followed a dispute with German beer company Beck’s over use of the name.

He has since amended his trademark application to include restaurants and is pressing ahead with the business, sources claimed.
“Brooklyn has long dreamed of opening a restaurant where he lives and that is finally coming to fruition,” an insider told The Sun.
“He created Beck’s Buns and quietly launched it on social media last month. His company Buster Sauce Inc owns the trademark and he is planning to open a restaurant.
“The menu is still being decided but it will be high quality burgers with his signature Buster hot sauces.”
The former model and footballer has tried his hand at several careers over the years, including photography, before turning his attention to cooking.
He released his own £15 hot sauce range Cloud 23 in 2023, inspired by what he called his “journey as a tastemaker.”
He later co-founded Japanese sake brand Wesake, appeared in a Facebook Watch cookery show, and has promoted a range of food and lifestyle products to his 16.4 million Instagram followers.
Beckham’s growing business empire has coincided with an apparent estrangement from his famous family.

Beckham and Peltz have snubbed numerous major family events and social media milestones over the past few months.
The couple held a vow renewal with all of her family and friends in New York City last month - which wasn’t attended by any of his relatives.
The Los Angeles-based duo haven’t been pictured with his family since Boxing Day 2024 and have seemingly not spent time with them in the UK since then.
They jetted to London to shoot a Moncler advert in May and missed David’s 50th birthday party despite being in the same city.
