Brooklyn Beckham has confirmed he's engaged to marry his "soul mate" Nicola Peltz.
The Mirror exclusively revealed David and Victoria's eldest son had popped the question to the model, and Brooklyn has now shared their engagement photo to confirm it.
He wrote: "Two weeks ago I asked my soul mate to marry me and she said yes. I am the luckiest man in the world.
"I promise to be the best husband and daddy one day.
"I love you baby."
In the picture, Nicola is seen flashing her engagement ring as she cuddles up to Brooklyn in picture which appeared to have been taken at the Beckhams'country retreat in the Cotwolds
Photographer Brooklyn, 21, has been dating Nicola, 25, for seven months.
A source previously told the Mirror: “Brooklyn has been telling his friends in LA that he and Nicola are engaged.
"It’s common knowledge among their group of friends. They are smitten.”
A source close to the Beckhams said: “David and Victoria have very much given this relationship their blessing.
“It’s a very exciting time for the whole family and after a few previous rocky relationships, they think Brooklyn has landed on his feet.”
Last summer Brooklyn split from British model Hana Cross after a series of rows.
He and Nicola announced their relationship in January by posting a black-and-white picture of themselves wearing towels, which was believed to have been taken at the Beckhams’ Cotswolds home.
In a recent Instagram post Brooklyn called Nicola: “My best friend forever”.
She responded: “You make everything better.”
In May, she said: “I’m dating my best friend and that makes me so happy.”
Nicola’s father is tycoon Nelson Peltz, whose £1.3 billion fortune dwarfs David and Victoria’s estimated £350 million.
