Brooklyn Beckham begged wife Nicola to be in her movie but he didn't make the final cut

Brooklyn Beckham's acting was so unconvincing that his own wife had to cut him out of the film she is writing.

Nicola Peltz gave in after he begged her to let him appear in independent drama Lola James.

The 23-year-old wanted a very small part and she agreed - but when he spoke, she knew the scene would never see the light of day.

The actress, who has finally addressed the so-called ‘feud’ with her mother-in-law Victoria Beckham, says she was left with no other choice but to pull the plug on his big moment.

Brooklyn's failure to shake off his British accent means the 23-year-old's acting career was over before it even started.

His voice as so off that the beauty couldn't hold it together and he tried his best to be involved in her big passion.

He eventually understood - but she says he still has the hump about it.

Speaking to The Sunday Times magazine Style, Nicola said: "Brooklyn is still mad at me, but he was like, 'Can I be in your movie?' And I was like 'Oh my gosh, I would be honoured.... but we have to disguise you'.

"Obviously he's covered in tattoos and he's British so he did a few parts in the background, which if you pay attention, you can find me, but in one scene he's like 'Can I put the mike on, I wanna say a line?"

She let him - then had a big decision to make.

"I started laughing so hard. He had the most British accent ever. I ended up cutting him out!" she added.

The Beckham and Peltz families have reportedly been at loggerheads since Brooklyn and Nicola got hitched back in April.

Nicola and Victoria are believed to have clashed over the actress' wedding dress, with Nicola believing the former Spice Girl was going to design her gown.

Speaking about the drama, Nicola told Grazia USA: "We connected to start designing the dress, and then a few days went by and I didn't hear anything.

"Victoria called my mom and said her atelier couldn't make it."

Now she has opened up - and while accepting all families do have issues, she dismissed talk of a big falling out.

But the Bates Motel star insists: “It’s not a feud! I keep seeing everywhere that word, ‘feud, feud, feud’! I don’t pay attention to all of it... if I did, I would go crazy."
