Brooklyn Beckham has apparently set sights on a surprising new career with his wife Nicola Peltz.
It’s been reported that Brooklyn, 26, and his actress wife, 30, want to open a dog shelter in Los Angeles, which is to be called the Peltz Beckham Foundation.
Brooklyn has had a variety of careers - such as a photographer, chef and a model - but the shelter is not a new venture for dog lover Nicola, as she is already a founder of California-based shelter Yogi's House, which works to save dogs from the euthanasia lists.
The Sun report that the couple have filed paperwork in California to register the non-profit.
The Standard have contacted a representative of Brooklyn for comment.
There were lots of headlines earlier this month about a feud within the family as Brooklyn skipped his father David’s 50th birthday party.
David Beckham threw a lavish, star-studded dinner and drinks at the three Michelin-star restaurant Core in Kensington, London, on Saturday night after early birthday celebrations in Paris and the Cotswolds.
Victoria Beckham and her and David’s children Romeo, 22, Cruz, 20, and Harper, 13, were all at the milestone bash, as well as the pre-birthday festivities.
However, Brooklyn, 26, and his actress wife Nicola failed to appear at any of the birthday events or wish David a happy birthday on social media.
The couple - who tied the knot in 2022 - spent several days in London earlier this week but are believed to have flown back to the US on Saturday, just hours before David’s party.
Amid increasing speculation about a rift in the famous family, Brooklyn ignored the gossip and instead shared a video on his Instagram Story promoting his hot sauce brand, Cloud 23.
Brooklyn has not addressed the rumours that he and his wife have been clashing with the rest of the Beckham clan.
Tensions reportedly flared after Brooklyn and Romeo stopped speaking, following Romeo's relationship with Kim Turnbull - who previously dated Brooklyn's friend Rocco Ritchie.
Brooklyn is said to be suspicious of Kim’s reasons for dating Romeo, with TMZ claiming Brooklyn and Nicola now refuse to attend any family event where Kim is present.
Brooklyn raised eyebrows when he failed to attend Victoria’s 51st birthday last month.
Similarly, neither David nor Victoria posted congratulations online as Brooklyn and Nicola marked their third wedding anniversary.
But David extended an olive branch to Brooklyn by sharing a heartfelt message alongside photos from his 50th birthday trip to the Scottish Highlands with other sons Romeo and Cruz.
