Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz’s Unexpected Christmas Tree Feels Like a Glimpse at the Future of Holiday Style

Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz.

Thoughts may be moving away from the holiday period, but it would be a crime to let 2025 pass without honoring Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz’s Christmas tree.

You may have missed the couple sharing their eclectic decorations – including a guitar, tree figurines, and candy-cane striped ornaments (like these from Amazon) – all of which feel personal but never tacky. When decorating with mini figurines and variously-colored ornaments, it's often tricky to maintain an ultra-chic scheme. However, Nicola and Brooklyn's example proves it's possible.

Their Christmas decorations are playful without sacrificing style, and it's a look that's sure to continue how we decorate for many December's ahead, including 2026.

Shop the Look

Labeling Brooklyn and Nicola's Christmas tree style as a 'trend' can be unfair, as this label sometimes suggests the look is fleeting. However, the idea of decorating your branches with eclectic, personal ornaments isn't set to waver, according to experts.

'Old-school, traditional Christmas decorations were the embodiment of festive cheer. Think less chic and more sentimental and nostalgic. Over the past decade or so, many people have been making their Christmas trees more uniform, leaning more into decorations that match their decor, which can feel predictable,' comments Claudia Kampmann, Europe Brand Manager at Ruggable.

People are looking back to their childhoods for decoration inspiration, and I expect we’re going to see a resurgence of clashing primary colours, including gold, reds and greens, alongside flashing lights, handmade decorations and nutcrackers.'

We may be thinking about taking our Christmas decor down for another year, but that isn't stopping us from bookmarking Brooklyn and Nicola's tree for next December. We can almost promise it'll look just as charming in 2026, but time can only tell.
