The actress who plays Sophie Webster in the soap chose a simple white summer dress teamed with cute gingham and sunflower detail shoes as she stopped for a treat in the Manchester sunshine.
The glam mum-of-one added gold jewellery and large sunglasses to round off her look.
Brooke, 28, was all smiles as she spotted at the Ice Queen Van sent out and about in Manchester by fashion brand PrettyLittleThing, and she wasn't the only celeb visitor.

Scottish singer Paige, 22, who won the winter edition of the ITV2 show earlier this year with Finley Tapp, recently moved to Manchester with her man, and she turned heads in a denim belted playsuit as she soaked up some rays in her new home city.
The Love Island champs have been getting to know Manchester after relocating from Scotland.
Paige and Finn lived at her family home in West Lothian during lockdown before moving into their own apartment.
Last month picked out a silver bracelet with a charm from jewellery store Pandora in the Arndale to show her appreciation.
"I'm going to get my mum a gift as she put up with Finn and I for quarantine and I miss her so much after moving out," said Paige on her Instagram.
When they first moved to Manchester Paige filmed the view from their flat as the rain poured down and poked fun at our weather.
"I thought Scotland's weather was bad," she joked.
"Mate we have seen like four different seasons in the one day in Manchester. What's that all about?"
But she looked happy with the heat as she tucked into her ice cream.
Georgia, who appeared in the fourth series of the ITV2 reality series Love Island in 2018, was recently seen shopping for her house move from Essex at Honey I'm Home in Leigh.
She looked chic in a beige mini dress worn with a quilted chain strap handbag, Celine espadrilles and Ray Ban sunglasses.
Series favourite Georgia is famous for repeatedly proclaiming herself “loyal” on the ITV2 dating show set in Mallorca.
She coupled up with Sam Bird on the show after being left heartbroken by Josh Denzel when he was tempted away by Kazimir Crossley in rival villa Casa Amor.
There was talk that Georgia, originally from York, was planning on moving to Manchester from Essex before she split from her fiance Callum Izzard.
Georgia and Callum, from Manchester, were reportedly flat hunting together, but after their break-up during lockdown she was planning to move up north alone.
It was put on hold because of the COVID-19 outbreak, but seems the move is now back on track for the 22-year-old reality star.
