LeBron James and his wife Savannah weren’t exactly thrilled about letting their eldest son LeBron James Jr. on Instagram, but his following has predictably ballooned overnight.
In just over 24 hours since LeBron welcomed his son on the platform, LeBron Jr. nearly 1 million followers at 946,000. His Dad, by contrast, has 48 million followers on Instagram. But while he has gotten a lot of followers, Draymond Green also let him know he’s going to work him on the court this summer.
LeBron’s impact on the following of young hoopers on Instagram doesn’t just extend to his children. Bronny’s teammate Gabe Cupps, who challenged LeBron to a 3-point shootout at their tournament over the weekend, has already amassed 168,000 followers after his viral moment with the King.
