LeBron James has always been quick to admit that his 14-year-old son, LeBron “Bronny” James Jr., is further along as a shooter than he was at that age. It’s a reflection of how the game is played in today’s NBA. Players like to take 3s and a lot of them.
And, of course, Steph Curry’s career with the Warriors has something to do with that. After all, Bronny himself shouted out the Warriors star.
Video hit Twitter of Bronny watching a travel game from the bench in Las Vegas this week. Bronny’s younger brother, Bryce Maximus, passed him the ball, and Bronny proceeded to knock down a long shot from his seat on the bench.
But wait to the end. Bronny didn’t shout out his father — nope. He yelled out after the make, “STEPH!”
Predictably, basketball fans had plenty of jokes for Bronny’s celebration. What would LeBron think about that?
