Bronny James Jr. shouts out Steph Curry after seated 3-pointer

Obviously being that his name is LeBron James Jr., Bronny James will always be compared to his father, LeBron James. But in one viral highlight that hit the internet on Thursday, Bronny made it clear that the inspiration for his perimeter jumper comes from outside of the family.

Bronny was a spectator for a change but as his father showed a few weeks ago, you can’t keep a James guy away from the court. So when a ball rolled to him while watching on the bench, swished a 3-pointer while sitting down before saying ‘Steph!’

LeBron himself has been a more perimeter-oriented player over the last tow seasons, significantly upping his 3-point rate as well as the amount of deep pull-up 3-pointers he takes. With Curry’s excellence over the last half decade pushing the league further into the 3-point era, LeBron has adapted to maintain his greatness. But Curry’s influence on the younger generations, including LeBron’s own kids, is undeniable.
