Broncos’ updated NFL draft order after trading up for Drew Lock

The Denver Broncos traded up in the second round of the 2019 NFL draft on Friday evening, sending a second-round pick (No. 52), a fourth-round pick (No. 125) and a sixth-round pick (No. 182) to the Cincinnati Bengals in exchange for the 42nd overall pick.

That was one pick after the team had already selected offensive lineman Dalton Risner with the 41st selection in the draft. With pick No. 42, the Broncos added quarterback Drew Lock to their roster.

Here’s a look at the team’s remaining draft pick after trading up to select Lock in the second round:

3rd Round: No. 71
5th Round: No. 148
5th Round: No. 156 (via Minnesota Vikings)
7th Round: No. 237 (via Houston Texans)

The team’s final two selections in the draft were acquired through trades involving quarterback Trevor Siemian and wide receiver Demaryius Thomas, respectively. The third-round pick will take place on Friday evening.

The team’s two fifth-round picks and one seventh-round pick will take place on Saturday.
