Broncos share social media posts of players speaking up after George Floyd’s death

Following the death of George Floyd, the Denver Broncos tweeted that they would stand by their players and “do more.” The team started by sharing social media posts from players speaking up.

Simmons spoke at a protest in Florida on Sunday:

“There is no place for racism or discrimination of any kind,” the Broncos tweeted from their official account on Tuesday. “The Broncos share in the outrage and concern over these senseless deaths. We have an opportunity to be part of the healing process.”
