Broncos select LB Devin White in 2019 NFL mock draft

In his latest four-round 2019 NFL mock draft with trades, Draft Wire’s Luke Easterling has the Denver Broncos selecting LSU inside linebacker Devin White with the 10th overall pick in the first round.

With Dwayne Haskins (No. 3), Kyler Murray (No. 5) and Drew Lock (No. 9) already off the board in this mock, Denver selecting the best inside linebacker makes sense. Here is Easterling’s commentary with the pick:

Quarterback is off the board here, but the Broncos still have some fantastic options at other positions of need in this scenario. After backing up his strong tape against SEC competition with a dominant performance at the combine, White is well worth a top-10 selection.

White would be an amazing pick for the Broncos, teaming up with Josey Jewell to give the team two talented inside linebackers.

After selecting White, Denver trades back into the first round of Easterling’s mock to select Duke quarterback Daniel Jones with pick No. 31. The Broncos gave up second- and third-round picks in the trade.

In the fourth round, Denver lands Texas A&M defensive lineman Daylon Mack with pick No. 125. So through the first four rounds, the Broncos ended up with White, Jones and Mach. Not a bad early-round class.
