Broncos release estimated injury report for Monday

The Broncos and Chiefs did not practice Monday but both teams released estimated injury reports.

If Denver had practiced, cornerback Bryce Callahan (foot) would have been the only player held out. Seven players would have been limited: cornerback Duke Dawson (foot), defensive end Shelby Harris (ribs), offensive tackle Ja’Wuan James (knee), guard Ron Leary (shoulder), nose tackle Mike Purcell (knee), wide receiver Emmanuel Sanders (knee) and defensive end Derek Wolfe (hip).

Sanders was ruled out at halftime of Sunday’s game against the Titans but his injury is not believed to be serious.

For Kansas City, offensive tackle Eric Fisher (groin), cornerback Kendall Fuller (thumb), defensive lineman Chris Jones (groin) and guard Andrew Wylie (ankle) would have been held out of practice Monday.

Elsewhere on the Chiefs’ estimated injury report, offensive tackle Cameron Erving (groin), linebacker Anthony Hitchens (groin), defensive tackle Derrick Nnadi (elbow), linebacker Dorian O’Daniel (hamstring) and wide receiver Sammy Watkins (hamstring) were listed as limited.

Quarterback Patrick Mahomes (ankle) was listed as a full participant. Mahomes injured his ankle in Week 1 but he has been playing through it and Kansas City does not seem to believe it is a concern.

Thursday’s game will be nationally televised on NFL Network and Fox.
