Broncos predicted to finish 4-12 in 2019, last in AFC West

National media members don’t have much faith in the Broncos this year.

Last month, NFL.com’s Adam Rank predicted Denver would finish 2-14 with the worst record in the league, sparking anger from Broncos fans on Twitter. He’s apparently not alone in his thinking that Denver will have a dismal season.

In his 2019 NFL preview for USA TODAY, Nate Davis has the Broncos finishing 4-12, dead last in the AFC West. Players in Denver seem to be ignoring the noise.

“I’m not worried about that,” safety Will Parks said after practice on July 21. “I saw some guy put up like a 2-14 prediction. Whatever, it’s cool. They’ve been doing that to us for the last two or three years and obviously the expectations and the things that we want to do aren’t happening, but it’s time to turn it around.

“It’s not time to talk about it, like I said, it’s early in camp but we’re working, obviously, to get to the Super Bowl and that’s the end goal.”
