Broncos injuries: Derek Wolfe held out of practice

Denver Broncos cornerback Bryce Callahan (foot) underwent a procedure Wednesday and has been ruled out for at least 4-6 weeks. Callahan was among five Broncos players who were held out of practice with injuries Wednesday.

In addition to Callahan, defensive end Derek Wolfe (ankle), inside linebacker Josey Jewell (hamstring), right tackle Ja’Wuan James (knee) and safety Kareem Jackson (hamstring) were also held out.

Broncos coach Vic Fangio said Wolfe and Jewell will be listed as questionable for Sunday’s game.

Elsewhere on Denver’s injury report, fullback Andy Janovich (pectoral), inside linebacker Joe Jones (triceps), outside linebacker Bradley Chubb (knee), running back Royce Freeman (shoulder) and wide receiver Emmanuel Sanders (quadricep) were all listed as limited.

For the Jaguars, cornerback Jalen Ramsey (back), linebacker Quincy Williams (illness) and linebacker D.J. Alexander (hamstring) were held out of practice Wednesday.

Elsewhere on Jacksonville’s injury report, wide receiver Chris Conley (knee), tight end Josh Oliver (hamstring) and linebacker Lerentee McCray (hamstring) were listed as limited.

Sunday’s game will begin at 2:25 p.m. MT and will air on CBS.
