Broncos injuries: 1 player ruled out for Week 6 vs. Titans

Broncos cornerback Bryce Callahan (foot) has been ruled out for Sunday’s game against the Titans, coach Vic Fangio announced Friday. Callahan is the only player that Denver has ruled out this week.

Callahan had a foot procedure done about two weeks ago and was given a recovery timeline of 4-6 weeks.

Elsewhere on Denver’s injury, report, right tackle Ja’Wuan James (knee), safety Trey Marshall (lower leg) and cornerback Duke Dawson (foot) are listed as questionable.

James is officially considered “questionable” but he seems unlikely to play. Elijah Wilkinson has been filling in at right tackle since Week 2 and has been penalized just once in four games. The Broncos have no reason to rush James back onto the field.

Dawson has been the team’s nickelback over the last few weeks. If Dawson is unable to play on Sunday, safety Will Parks may get more snaps in nickel situations. Marshall has been playing mostly on special teams.

For the Titans, outside linebacker Sharif Finch (shoulder) and defensive end Cameron Wake (hamstring) have been ruled out. Running back Rod Smith (groin) and cornerback Chris Milton (calf) are listed as questionable.

Sunday’s game will air on CBS at 2:25 p.m. MT (view the TV map here).
