Las Vegas doesn’t like the Denver Broncos’ chances of winning their division in 2020.
Denver is considered the least likely team to win the AFC West this fall with +1,200 (12/1) odds, according to BetMGM. So a $100 bet on the Broncos would have a payout of $1,200 if Denver went on to win the division.
The Kansas City Chiefs (-500) are the obvious favorites after winning Super Bowl LIV last season. The Los Angeles Chargers (+700) have the second-best odds, followed by the Las Vegas Raiders (+1,000).
It would be hard for the Broncos to top the Chiefs and win the division in 2020 but oddsmakers predicting a last-place finish might be a bit harsh. Denver finished in second place last year.
In related Broncos odds, quarterback Drew Lock has 150/1 odds to win the NFL MVP award and Denver has been given an over/under of eight wins in 2020. Last year, the Broncos were given an over/under of seven wins and ended up finishing with a 7-9 record that season.
