Broncos’ Graham Glasgow ranked as 7th-best guard in the NFL

Earlier this week, Touchdown Wire’s Doug Farrar published a list of the 11 best guards in the NFL. Newly signed Broncos right guard/center Graham Glasgow is ranked No. 7 on Farrar’s list.

Glasgow can play center but Denver is expected to have him start at guard. Last year, he allowed “no sacks, five quarterback hits, and 20 quarterback hurries in an offense that was severely restricted by Matthew Stafford’s back injury,” Farrar wrote on Touchdown Wire.

Farrar believes Glasgow will be a good addition to the Broncos’ offensive line regardless of whether he lines up at guard or center.

“At 6-foot-6 and 310 pounds, Glasgow has enough power to be a factor in the run game, but it’s his flexibility and technical consistency that sets him apart, no matter which position he plays,” Farrar wrote.

Glasgow signed a four-year, $44 million contract with Denver in March.
