Boarding a flight often marks the start of Brits' holidays, but the excitement can quickly turn into frustration when you find yourself stuck in a cabin with annoying passengers.
Whether it's the person in front of you crushing your legs as they fully recline their seat, someone getting their smelly feet out, or just generally loud and obnoxious people, it can make even the shortest of flights feel never-ending.
Now, Brits have revealed some of their worst in-flight experiences, and there are some pretty strong contenders for the list.
Online travel operator eShores ran a nationwide survey to find passengers' most annoying habits.
The top pet peeve? Rowdy hen dos.

One passenger named Emma revealed that on a morning flight to Malaga, she found herself next to a rowdy group who had "come directly from a nightclub to the airport".
She added: "Most people had boarded, and the last three hens were staggering up the steps in front of us. They saw the pilot in the window, started giggling and swooning, then all three of them flashed him! Unfortunately, we had front row seats for the entire incident!"
Some passengers have seen some stomach-churning habits such as spitting or nose-picking.
One respondent, Rebecca, was flying back from Santorini when she found herself near a couple who "spent the whole four-hour flight French kissing – tongues and everything".
She added: "We had to endure four-hours nonstop disgusting slurping and lip-smacking noises and a bit of groaning! It was awful, very annoying!"
Another holidaymaker revealed their in-flight entertainment was cut short after the person in front decided to flick their hair back.
Denise, who was flying to Barbados, explained: “I settled back to watch a film – that is until the long-haired woman in the seat in front of me decided to flick her hair right over the screen! I gently moved her hair away from my view, but she instantly flicked it back again!"
