Britney Spears tells Covid to 'f*** off' and asks for early Halloween costume ideas

Britney Spears has flaunted her figure again on Instagram as she posed in a skin-tight metallic green catsuit.

The 39-year-old singer posted a stream of videos and photos to the social media platform on Tuesday and boldly told Covid to "f*** off" before asking her followers what she should wear for Halloween.

The star was seen flashing her cleavage as she unzipped her suit. She wrote alongside the image: "I missed Halloween last year …. Any ideas on who I should be this year ???? Dear Lord I’m rooting for all of you nice folks this year as well …

"F*** off COVID . here’s to a great rest of 2021 !!!!! PS no touch ups or filter on this pic !!!!!"

And while fans were quick to praise the Toxic singer's style, it was a fellow singer that ramped up the discussion.

Avril Lavigne replied to Britney's post: "Hi Babe ! I think you should dress up as me this year!!! And I’ll be you xoxo"

Fans seemed to love the idea, too. One commented: "omg!! please," while another said it would be the "best crossover ever".

A third put: "that would be so awesome!!! @britneyspears yesss you got a wild side that would fit you perfect."

Britney went on to post further images of her in the sultry suit before sharing another video full of dance moves.

In the video, Britney swapped between the green catsuit and a leopard print suit while dancing to the tune Rebel Just for Kicks.

The posts come amid claims that the singer isn't actually in control of her social media pages.

Last month her former makeup artist Billy Brasfield said: ""The content is her, but … the words are NOT how she feels."

He revealed that he knew "immediately" that a post on Britney's page about the Framing Britney Spears documentary wasn't put up by the singer herself.

But a follow-up post on Britney's page blasted the makeup artist. The star told followers that the content was by her and she hadn't spoke to Billy recently.
