Britney Spears' sister has pleaded with trolls to stop sending her and her children death threats after the singer's explosive testimony in court last week.
Jamie Lynn Spears, 30, took to her Instagram Stories on Friday evening to say that everyone has the right to express themselves, but no one should make threats to children.
It comes after Britney said she wanted to sue her entire family for the way she has been treated under her conservatorship.
This sparked a huge backlash against her little sister Jamie Lynn, who many accused of living off Britney, 39.
In her post, Jamie, who is mum to Maddie, 13, and three-year-old Ivey, wrote: "Hi, I respect that everyone has the right to express themselves.
"But can we stop with the death threats, especially the death threats to children."
She signed her post, which was grey text written on a white background, "JLS".
In court, Britney made a number of shocking claims about her conservatorship, saying she had been forced to perform against her will and made to use birth control.
She also said she had been stopped from getting married or having any more children.
Britney was speaking to get her father removed from the conservatorship, which she has lived under since 2008 and gives him control of her financial and personal affairs.
Commenting on why she decided to speak out now, Britney said: "I honestly don’t think anyone would believe me. I thought people would make fun of me. I just want my life back. It’s enough."
"All I would honestly like is to sue my family [and] share my story with the world."
The judge ruled not to remove Jamie from the conservatorship and instructed Britney's lawyer to file to have the order removed, which the lawyer has not yet done.
Jamie lawyer had said in a statement: "He is sorry to see his daughter suffering and in so much pain. Mr Spears loves his daughter very much."
Jamie Lynn had previously spoken out on Instagram to respond to the criticism she had been facing since Britney spoke in court.
Fighting back tears, she said: "I have made a very conscious choice in my life to only participate in her life as her sister, as an aunt to those boys."
Defending herself, Jamie Lynn added: "I've worked since I was nine-years-old, I've paid my own freaking bills since I was 10-years-old.
"I am not my family, I am my own person. I am speaking for myself," she went on.
"I am so proud of her for using her voice. I am so proud of her for requesting new counsel, like I told her to do many years ago — not on a big public platform, but just in a personal conversation between two sisters. So I'm very proud that she's taken that step.
"If ending the conservatorship, or flying to Mars, or whatever the hell else she wants to do to be happy, I support that, 100%, because I support my sister, I love my sister, always have, always will, as long as she's happy.
"So, let's keep praying. That's all."
