Pop royalty Britney Spears is keeping up with the hard workouts.
The Toxic singer, 37, gave her 23 million Instagram followers a sneak peak into how she stays in shape.
Britney shared a clip of her and beau Sam Asghari hitting the yoga hard with a gymnastics-heavy session.
The star performed a series of creative poses, including one where Sam lifted her into the air with his legs as she completed different exercises.
In another, Britney walks up and down some stairs on her hands as hunky Sam holds her legs.
A third shows the loved-up pair back to back, Britney wrapping her arms behind herself in an elaborate pose.
The mum of two captioned the video: "Only in LA can you wear a bathing suit in October! It's so beautiful out...and first time to walk on my hands up and down stairs..."
Fans rushed to the comments section with gushing praise.
One wrote: "Amazing!! Keep it up GIRL!!"
Another said: "Britney invented bikinis in October."
A third had some kind words: "So together #togetherness."
She shared a similar video last week to mark one year since she took up gymnastics.
In the clip, Britney can be seen performing some incredible standing back flips in her back garden as adoring boyfriend Sam looks on proudly.
"It's been exactly a year today since I've done gymnastics...lol," Britney told fans, "Such a beautiful day to play outside and work up a sweat with the help of this mate!!!
"As you can see, my back is too stiff on my back walkovers!! He's trying to loosen me up and he's great!! Such a fun day!!!!"
Britney and Sam struck up a romance after the aspiring actor played her love interest for the Slumber Party music video.
He also made waves as he appeared completely topless in girl band Fifth Harmony's steamy Work From Home video.
