Britney Spears has made no secret of her desire to have a baby with her fiancé Sam Asghari.
So her latest Instagram page has sent her fans into a spin after she posed with a baby bottle full of milk and teased a "new addition to the family".
The singer was under a strict conservatorship, ruled by her father, for 13 years and was forced to wear a contraceptive device to stop her from getting pregnant.
However the Toxic singer, who is already mum to sons Jayden James, 15, and 16-year-old Sean Preston, says she has been longing to become a mother again with her personal trainer and model fiancé.
In a clip on Instagram, Britney can be seen with her back to the camera in front of her Christmas tree dancing from side to side and holding a baby's bottle.
She captioned the post: "New addition to the family... guess if it’s a boy or a girl … thank you again baby @samasghari!!!!"
Fans quickly flooded the post with comments guessing what Britney was holding in her hands and feeding the bottle to.
One said: "I am thinking a kitten."
Another said: "It’s a puppy."
"Is that a chicken?!!" said another.
Another fan said: "Omg did you get a kitten Britney??"
But not everyone was loving the post.
One said: "Does this strike any one else as slightly creepy"
Another added: "This is creepy AF. Lol."
