Britney Spears opens up on her bullying battle as she shows fans her Christmas decor

Pop star legend Britney Spears has opened up about her ongoing battle with internet trolls and how they affect her life.

The 38-year-old took to Instagram to post a video where she showed her 23.2 million followers her stunning Christmas decorations.

She then posed in a white crop top on her balcony, with Santa Claus Is Coming To Town playing in the background.

Britney, who is still under conservatorship meaning her personal and financial decisions are in the hands of a professional, divulged further in the caption.

The mum-of-two revealed she finds it hard to share some of her personal life with fans

"Happy holidays friends !!!!", she wrote.

"I love sharing with you all ... but it’s been hard to keep wanting to share because people say the meanest things !!!

"If you don’t like a post ... just keep it to yourself and unfollow that person !!!

"There’s no reason to ever go out of your way to make mean comments and bully people ...

"Stay happy and nice this holiday season y’all and God Bless !!!!!"

Her younger sister Jamie Lynn commented on the heartfelt post with a series of love heart emojis.

Britney is reportedly unhappy with her custody arrangement with her two sons, Sean Preston, 14, and Jayden, 13, who she shares with ex husband Kevin Federline with a 70/30 split in favour of Kevin.

Us Weekly reported that Britney will challenge the conditions of the contact in court, where she will ask to have more time with her children.

Over the festive period, a source told the magazine that she will have her sons on Christmas Eve before they head to their father for Christmas Day.

The relationship between Kevin and Britney is pretty much non-existent apart from "everyday co-parenting stuff."

Another source told the magazine that the pair "do not have much of a relationship" and "don't do very much as a family."

The custody arrangement used to be a 50-50 split but was changed in September after reports that Britney's father Jamie allegedly got into an altercation with Sean Preston.

At that point, the court changed the custody to 70-30 in Federline's favour and Britney has 'barely spoken' to her father since then, according to a source.
