Britney Spears is all about twirls and spins in latest bizarre Instagram post

Britney Spears was in the zone as she showed off her dance moves in her latest bizarre Instagram post.

The Toxic singer took to the social media platform to share the minute-long clip which consists of her spinning and twirling to a sped-up version of a song.

She was wearing a frilly yellow crop top and a patterned green pair of shorts as she focused on the camera.

The star simply captioned her video with a red rose emoji.

The 39-year-old didn't look away from the camera as she showed off her best robot moves and hip gyrations.

At one point in the video, the main music completely stopped but the Baby One More Time icon continued practising her moves.

The singer recently took to her Instagram to slam documentaries about her life, calling them "hypocritical".

She also hit out at rumours that she wasn't in control of her Instagram page - although fans still argued the fact with the Toxic singer in the comments section saying they won't believe her until she posts a video of her saying the words.

She explained how she was "deeply flattered" that people were so invested in her life but slammed the documentaries, saying "they criticize the media and then do the same thing".

It is thought that Britney was referencing the popular documentaries by the BBC and New York Times. Both look at her mental health issues that eventually led to her father Jamie obtaining control of her person and estate in a conservatorship 13 years ago.
