Britney Spears is in desperate need of help as she's till in bad shape after her recent rehab stint, according to her mum.
The pop superstar spent almost a month in a mental health facility after checking herself in back in March.
She's believed to have undergone treatment for severe emotional distress as her father Jamie battled devastating health issues.
She was released last month, but the singer is said to be struggling and her mum Lynne has now filed court papers asking for help for her daughter.
TMZ.com reports Lynne Spears requested an emergency hearing to let her gain access to Britney's medical records and treatment plan.
The website suggests there's been some disagreement between the star's parents over her treatment and Lynne wants to be allowed to help manage her daughter's care.

Jamie is conservator of Britney's affairs while Lynne isn't.
TMZ reports Lynne's lawyer has said it's in the singer's best interests for her mother to be allowed to help her daughter in her recovery.
A source told the website: "Britney is making bad decisions and it's a problem."
The site claims Lynne is so concerned she asked for a hearing asap - even though there's already a court date on the books for Friday.
Jamie was appointed co-conservator of Britney's estate back in 2008 as the star was deemed unfit to look after her own affairs after a series of high-profile meltdowns.
The conservatorship was later made permanent forcing the star to seek permission from Jamie in almost every area of her life.
Although she resisted the legal wrangling at first, the decision to hand over the decision-making to Jamie did allow Britney to get better and even get her music career and family life back on track.

However, her world fell apart in January this year when Jamie, who'd been her rock throughout all the bad times, was diagnosed with a life-threatening illness.
She immediately quit all work to go on an "indefinite hiatus", even putting her Las Vegas residency on hold so she could stay at home and care for Jamie as he battled colon cancer.
He's believed to have taken a turn for the worse in recent weeks, which prompted Britney to check into rehab again.
A source told People magazine: "Her dad being sick has taken a toll on her. He nearly died and actually had another surgery a few weeks ago. He's not doing well.
"They're so close and it has been a lot. There is nothing dramatic going on with her - she just realised she needs to make sure to take time to care for herself."
