British problems: The weather, 5p plastic bags and tea have got the nation flustered once again

British problems never seem to go away. From over apologising to complaining when it’s hot and then complaining when it’s cold, to every conceivable problem with making and drinking tea, there is a very specific set of British problems people have to contend with, and now the 5p plastic bag charge can be added to the list.
