British Gas customers can get five days of free electricity by using the supplier's loyalty scheme.
The offer can be found on the supplier's Rewards page, which offers customers discounts, deals and more.
To get hold of the free energy days, make sure you're signed up to British Gas Rewards on its website or through your online account.
After that, simply head to the list of available offers and claim the your free energy days.
If you're already a Rewards user, you need to claim the offer before it expires on May 25.

British Gas customers can bag up to 20 free energy days a year by using the loyalty scheme - based on how long you've been a customer.
On top of that, British Gas offers three or four surprise freebies each year.
Unfortunately, you can't choose the five days to get for free yourself - with British Gas instead using your average usage to work out the discount, then applying it to your next bill.
On average, that should still save you about £9 - with heavier electricity users able to pocket bigger discounts.
There is also some good news for people struggling to pay their bills at the moment no matter who supplies their energy.
Energy companies have said they will reassess, reducing or pause debt repayments and bill payments for people struggling.
There is also a bar on disconnecting any household during the outbreak.
Providers are making decisions on a case-by-case basis - which means anyone struggling with their bills should contact their provider to explain their situation and agree what form of help their energy company can give.
