Boris Johnson has resigned as Britain's foreign secretary in the latest fallout over the Government's Brexit strategy.
Mr Johnson, a vocal supporter of Britain leaving the European Union, informed Prime Minister Theresa May of his resignation just a day after Brexit minister David Davis quit.
"This afternoon, the Prime Minister accepted the resignation of Boris Johnson as foreign secretary," a Downing Street spokesman said.
"His replacement will be announced shortly.
"The Prime Minister thanks Boris for his work."
More to come.
