A four-year-old British boy has reportedly drowned in a swimming pool while on holiday with his family on the Greek island of Kos.
The tragedy is said to have happened at the Atlantica Holiday Village resort on Saturday morning, according to The Sun .
He is said to have walked out of his room while his parents slept.
His devastated mum and dad pulled the boy from the water when they discovered what had happened, ANT1 TV reports.
A Foreign Office spokeswoman told Mirror Online: "We are supporting the family of a British child who died in Kos, Greece, and our staff are in touch with the local authorities."

The parents were reportedly arrested in the aftermath, but later released.
A hotel manager was also arrested, but was also freed, it is claimed.
A Greek police source told The Sun: "It is common for next of kin to be arrested in such circumstances but as is always the case, they were not held in police custody and were immediately freed."
Media reports in Greece claim the child died before paramedics were able to get him to hospital.
