Travel rules across the UK - including Scotland - will be changing.
The latest update will see eight countries leave the red list with the amber list being scrapped altogether.
As a result, many airlines have updated their customers with British Airways and Virgin Atlantic confirming that they are now making changes to their flight schedules - and you'll want to be fast.
The update comes as the US lifted the travel ban meaning fully vaccinated UK passengers can now fly across the pond from November so long as they comply with testing and contact tracing.
News of the travel ban ending means that families will be able to reunite after 18 months of Covid restrictions which former-President Donald Trump enforced at the start of the pandemic.
So if you're wanting to jet across to the US, holidaymakers will be glad to know that the airlines have said that their flights are ready for take off-with return deals starting from £319.
British Airways were one airline to open bookings fast by offering a flash sale only lasting until Tuesday night (September 28) with return deals to Los Angeles from £349. Virgin Atlantic also launched a one-day sale with deals to Florida from £324.
BA wrote on its website: "From November, the USA is relaxing its travel rules for fully vaccinated passengers from the UK. Our sale ends at midnight on 21 September so book a great flight deal now."
These deals were so popular however that the airlines reported their site crashed briefly at around 4pm yesterday as people scrambled tried to book flights to popular locations including Washington and Las Vegas.
