Simon Cowell got fruity and David Walliams put in a sizzling performance in the opening episodes of the new series of Britain’s Got Talent.
And this weekend it will be Alesha Dixon's turn in the spotlight.
The show judges, accompanied by Geordie presenters And and Dec, have been putting Marks and Spencer's summer menus to the test during the advert breaks of the talent show.
M&S is sponsoring this year's series of BGT and besides launching a special Dine-In menu to mark the occasion, it is also tasking its judges with a extra golden buzzer job.
Amid all the show's action - such as the moving song by a nurse, who has since recovered from coronavirus - viewers have during the breaks seen surprise slots showing the group sampling products from the store's summer range and then picking out a favourite from four choices, all competing for Golden Buzzer glory.
So far, Simon has picked luxury Sapphire raspberries from a fruit selection and a not-so-humble sausage got David's vote after he chose the M&S Our Best Ever pork sausage from a range including caramelised onion posh dogs.
With Alesha set to be in control of the golden buzzer this Saturday night, the field is narrowing and the top food picks of the series ultimately will go head-to-head to be named this year’s ultimate #MyMarksFave.
